I've been in here a number of times recently and they're always polite and friendly. In particular, Brandi's sparkling personality has cheered me up on a couple of days where I went in there in a bad mood. Like some of the other posters I think they should have a better rating. This is my go to UPS store.

Cannot understand why their review isn't higher. Went in today to drop off AT&T equipment and both members of staff I met today were incredibly nice to be around. I'd absolutely target coming back to this place over any other UPS store. I live closer to others but my experience was terrific. A+ service.
