After tons of trail and error this is a very close match to Taco Bell Seasoning that they use in their meat. Make it in about 1 minute â just put all the ingredients in a jar and shake and you are done. Simple. PLUS simply use gluten-free flour and this is gluten- free and use gluten â free beef bouillon granules.
Here is my own personal taco seasoning â Homemade Taco Seasoning Recipe

Hi, thank you for this recipe.
If we wanted to make a whole jar full how much would each time?
Also if we did not want to use beef bullion granules could we use beef broth instead?
Olivia
Hi! I was wondering the same thing myself so that I could make a large jar and have it on hand.
I did the calculations and the recipe is 5 tbsp all together. So if you make 8x the recipe you will have 2.5 cups. If you make 16x the recipe you will have 5 cups. Every time you use it just take 5 tbsp at a time. đ

Cool I canât wait to try this! Iâd be nice to make my own instead of buying the packs all the time.

Those beef granules are loaded with MSG.,otherwise would be perfect.

Awesome! Although MSG is not bad for you (mark). It was a gimmick.

I would love to make my own Taco Seasoning but need it to be low sodiumâŠ..How would I be able to do that ? I found an MSG free Beef BouillonâŠ..Is MSG the same as sodium(salt)

The best recipe ever. I did omit the garlic salt and used garlic powder. Then a 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. A healthier option. I used salt free beef bouillon powder pack. I have made this twice in one week. A hit at my house. Thank you!
