If you're a fan of either game, these remasters are well worth the money. Both are great games, and for the average price of $40, you can't go wrong. If you're a PlayStation-only gamer, these games are a must buy.

Bayonetta 3's performance on the Switch is decidedly not great, which is surprising given that while its characters look as gorgeous as ever, the environments and background elements look like they're a full generation behind even what the Switch is capable of.

The ESRB is also concerned about the "suggestive taunts and poses" of some of the female characters, e.g. "opening their legs, dancing on poles", and the fact that "outfits are occasionally shed during battle, with characters' breasts and buttocks partially exposed".

These are great games now available for players who might have missed them and they're both worth the time, but for those who've already been through them, they're just re-releases without any new modes or extra content to lure in old fans. That said, this pair still comes highly recommended!

I'll always love the bombastic brand of stylish-action the Bayonetta games are known for, and the series is arguably the best representation of the subgenre out there. But Bayonetta Origins shows that this series can be even more than that, to the point where I'd go as far as calling it my new favorite entry.

Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon may not be the most user-friendly for a 100% playthrough, but it definitely is a tale worth playing on its own merits.
